Refund Policy

1CONSULTING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

• Discovery and Consultations: Fees charged for initial IT consulting sessions, architecture discoveries, and technical feasibility studies are completely non-refundable once the session or analysis has commenced.
• Milestone-Based Software Development: Our software development projects (including MVP development, Web, Mobile, and AI Development) are divided into structured milestones. Once a milestone is approved, signed off, and delivered to the client, the corresponding payment for that milestone is final and non-refundable.

2CANCELLATION OF SERVICE CONTRACTS

Clients may request the cancellation of an ongoing software project or IT augmentation service in accordance with the termination clause outlined in their specific SOW. In the event of a valid cancellation:

• The client will be billed for all documented hours worked and engineering resources deployed up to the effective date of termination.
• Any advance deposits for uncommenced milestones may be refunded, minus administrative and setup costs incurred by Zishnu LLC.

3BUG FIXES AND WARRANTY PERIOD

We stand behind the quality of our code. Most software engineering contracts include a dedicated warranty period (typically 30 to 90 days post-deployment) during which Zishnu LLC will resolve bugs, deployment errors, or deviations from specified requirements at no additional charge. This warranty does not entitle the client to a monetary refund but guarantees service remediation.
